H.V. McKay Railway Pedestrian Bridge

The original wooden bridge spanned the Bendigo Railway line to allow the workers of H.V. Mckay to go to and from Sunshine and their homes in the  residential estate in Albion.

 

This structure was later extended to span the Jacana goods line that branched off at Albion  heading towards Sydney.

 

The wooden structure bridge was replaced with a steel structure in 2014 as part of the Region Railway Line Project.
