The new Brimbank Community & Civil Centre opened in 2016. The new building also incorporates a library and a learning centre.

The building replaces the former Sunshine Council Administration building that was built in the 1960's in Alexandra Avenue.

​

This building was built on the former library site which had been previously relocated from its McCracken Street location.
